A Series of Special Saturday Workshops
Saturday 6th June 2026 - 2.30pm to 4.30pm
SANTOSHA: Feel Contented & Supported; with Belt/Block
At whatever is your current 'Age and Stage' you will of course encounter plenty of Life's Challenges. This special afternoon Workshop of Healthy Mindful Movement allows you to bring your Self to a closer inner focus and reconnect to feelings of JOY 😊💚
Santosha (the 2nd limb of the Five yoga 'Niyamas' - personal observances) invites you to find Contentment and Gratitude not just in your practice, but also in day to day living. Using Props to feel Supported externally and moving with HeartSpace Openers towards King Dancer Pose, enjoy the process! Finding Contentment internally . . .by tuning inwards and letting go of judgement. A mix of yoga and pilates moves will Treat Your Body-Mind and Breath to Being Present in this Moment. Includes a guided meditation and closes with conscious rest in Savasana.

Workshops often combine my knowledge of Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Movement and Give YOU the TIME to Absorb and me the time to CREATE and SHARE more of the Practices that you LOVE. Connecting mind, body and breath with good movement helps us direct our attention inwards and the awareness we cultivate is what makes Yoga is a process and journey, rather than a Task or Goal. The Pilates Method supports your posture, stability and core strength. Workshops held in the lovely light, airy, space of the Main Hall at The Limes Centre. FREE Parking available.
