A Series of Special Saturday Workshops
Saturday 7th March 2026 - 2.30pm to 4.30pm
EQUANIMITY: BE in Balance: Calm & Composed body-mind-breath
Wouldn’t it be great to React less and Respond with more composure in daily life. And to Improve your balancing skills? At this afternoon’s mindful workshop, you’ll explore various ways to cultivate Equanimity off the mat with both external and internal methods (yoga tradition asserts that every body is made up of five layers of 'finer grades of energy' including Prana) Movement and asana closely linked with breath are designed to bring balance to your physical and your nervous system. Pilates-inspired exercises will further strengthen your centre and improve the foundations of your balance. Breathwork Pranayama can bring ease and balance to your mindset. Closes with guided relaxation in Savasana for conscious rest.

Workshops often combine my knowledge of Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Movement and Give YOU the TIME to Absorb and me the time to CREATE and SHARE more of the Practices that you LOVE. Connecting mind, body and breath with good movement helps us direct our attention inwards and the awareness we cultivate is what makes Yoga is a process and journey, rather than a Task or Goal. The Pilates Method supports your posture, stability and core strength. Workshops held in the lovely light, airy, space of the Main Hall at The Limes Centre. FREE Parking available.
