A Workshop Gives you TIME to absorb and me time to CREATE and SHARE more of the Practices that you LOVE. Connecting mind, body and breath through Yoga helps us direct our attention inwards and the awareness we cultivate is what makes Yoga a practice, rather than a Task or Goal. During this workshop develop your personal strength and deepen your skills with Yoga, Pilates and Somatics combined so that your mat-time is of great value to you. Suitable for those who have some existing experience of either Yoga or Pilates or other Fitness Classes.
