LET GO & LENGTHEN: Mindfully Breathe & Release Shoulders & Backs
Soothe your body and mind with this afternoon workshop (a mix of yoga and somatics) designed to reconnect you back to your Internal Experiences and Sensations. With asana, moving quickly is often easier than slowing down, but when we pause in practice, the brain to body and breath have a chance to ‘embody’ and join (the union of yoga) Releasing muscular tension through purposeful movement and easeful breathing will lead you to feeling more spacious and relaxed and less caught up in emotional stress and physical aches. As you notice your breathing patterns improve their quality you receive more oxygen at a cellular level, this is a boost to your systems overall, vital in winter for immunity and good energy. Closing with nurturing guided relaxation/yoga nidra.

Workshops Give YOU the TIME to Absorb and me the time to CREATE and SHARE more of the Practices that you LOVE. Connecting mind, body and breath with good movement helps us direct our attention inwards and the awareness we cultivate is what makes Yoga a process and journey, rather than a Task or Goal. Workshops held in the lovely light, airy, space of the Main Hall at The Limes Centre. FREE Parking available.
