"Sit with Compassion" - A Pelvis-Focused Movement Masterclass
Saturday 19th February 1pm to 4pm
GET to know more about the Pelvis & your hips to improve awareness and understanding. I will guide you through some Wonderful Movements, poses and core pilates exercises, during this Saturday Afternoon Workshop, that will allow you to CONNECT to the inner pelvic core and also to begin to restore functionality to this area of your body. The hormonal effects of the menopause itself can cause changes, some of which are uncomfortable. During this special afternoon of self-enquiry, I will encourage kindness with Self-Care so that you LEAVE FEELING relaxed and light in mind body and breath. The event closes with Seated Meditation and Guided Yoga Nidra.

Workshops Give YOU the TIME to Absorb and me the time to CREATE and SHARE more of the Practices that you LOVE. Connecting mind, body and breath with good movement helps us direct our attention inwards and the awareness we cultivate is what makes Yoga a process and journey, rather than a Task or Goal.
Workshops held in the lovely light, airy, space of the Main Hall at The Limes Centre. FREE Parking available.
