Many of us use repeated activities that can adversely affect our posture or have suffered an injury, accident or trauma. Your body’s response to this can create an Imbalanced Posture with some muscles tight, weak or malfunctioning and some joints feeling stuck. You feel sore, tired and achey. Deep-seated stress can hinder relaxation and you may even feel afraid to make the wrong moves. BodyMind Tension means you move less or very differently in order to avoid the pain.
At a 1:1 private session with me we first confidentially discuss what's going on in your life and the possible causes of your pain. I help you learn how it feels to move easefully while letting go of chronic muscular tension.
Using my skills & experience in Somatics, Pilates and Yoga an individual movement plan can be provided which is best-suited to your needs.
