I’m Rosalyn Griffith teaching as Yoga Ros and I've been serious about Yoga & Healthy Movement since 2000 when I fell in love with the mind, body and inner spirit wellbeing that regular practice gave me.
I don’t enjoy labels and am not ‘guru-led’ but describe myself as a Classical Hatha Yoga Tutor with a Creative & Passionate approach. There's a healthy mix of Strength and Releasement in my classes so you enjoy a good balance of body-mind-breath content, thorough alignment cues and fresh ways to move.

Sharing 15+ years of teaching experience gives me the skills to guide and assist you to enjoy your practice with more ease and maybe develop and delight in something new. BE coached and guided with attention to detail and a current approach which also respects the traditions of Yoga and honours The classical Pilates method.
My formal Yoga Teacher Training began in 2004. Completing a 3year British Wheel of Yoga Diploma by 2006, I then qualified as a Pilates Tutor and joined the Register of Exercise Professionals (now CIMPSA) Being an Anatomy Lover I've invested my time in continuous study; with high quality courses in Anatomy & Physiology (Level 3); Mindfulness (MBSR) & Restorative Yoga. In 2015 I became a Somatic Movement Coach and in 2018 an accredited Hot Yoga Teacher.
