We have all had to adapt to difficult circumstances during the pandemic but as we look to a brighter future I am here to offer you a carefully crafted and well-planned Retreat in the Autumn 2021.
Despite resilience and inner strength perhaps you are sometimes prone to doing way too much and I wish to offer you a SELF-CARE YOGA RETREAT WEEKEND that will transform you in mind body breath and soul and create some lasting positive changes in your well-being. So if you recognise any of these:

So, do join me and enjoy the company of like-minded yogis in the countryside; spend quality time on your mat, eat wholesome home-cooked food and delight in a memorable Weekend Away. Lovely people to join for yoga and a lovely venue. Such a varied programme; My whole body and mind benefited from the weekend – the yoga, the food, the relaxed atmosphere.
