We have all had to adapt to difficult circumstances during the pandemic but as we look to a brighter future I am here to offer you a carefully crafted and well-planned Retreat in the Autumn 2021.

Despite resilience and inner strength perhaps you are sometimes prone to doing way too much and I wish to offer you a SELF-CARE YOGA RETREAT WEEKEND that will transform you in mind body breath and soul and create some lasting positive changes in your well-being.

So if you recognise any of these:

  • Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, either with the effects of stress on your posture ; tension in your mind.
  • You care so much for your family friends and work . . . there’s just not enough hours in the day for YOURSELF.
  • You're often feel busy-mind syndrome so are keen on becoming more present and mindful.
  • You would like to FEEL fitter and stronger.
  • You LOVE YOGA and Pilates and Healthy Movement and wish to dive deeper into practice and embrace all that it can offer you, but never seem to have the self-discipline, time or energy to really devote to yourself.

THIS is THE PERFECT RETREAT FOR YOU.

Perhaps the kids are teens, have gone to University or left home. Maybe you no longer work 24/7 and it feels like just the right time to give yourself a treat.

So, do join me and enjoy the company of like-minded yogis in the countryside; spend quality time on your mat, eat wholesome home-cooked food and delight in a memorable Weekend Away.

I promise you Creative Class Content to stimulate and nurture you and alot of laughter along the weekend too.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Day one 
  • Arrival by 4pm
  • Unwind Yoga Session 4.45pm to 6.45pm
  • Dinner 7pm followed by a Get-Together &
    Bedtime Relaxation

Day two & Day three (if a midweek retreat)
  • Early morning Guided Meditation & Yoga Flows
  • Breakfast 9am
  • Mindfulness & Movement Flows
  • Lunch 1pm
  • Free time – Country Walk; Visit Framlingham, Read or Relax
  • Restorative Session
  • Dinner 7pm

Day three (if a weekend retreat) 
  • Early Morning WakeUp 'Stretches' & Mindful Walk
  • Breakfast 9.30am
  • Pranayama & Nourishing Movement
  • Lunch followed by our Closing Circle
ACCOMMODATION AND PRICING

  • Six Twin Room places at £375 per person. 
  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 required with your booking (please see T&Cs below)  

TERMS & CONDITIONS
​Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 secures your place and is required with your booking please. Full balance is required 8weeks prior to Retreat. Subject to availability.
Cancellation Terms
  • Bookings can only be refunded 12 weeks or more before the retreat, which allows time to offer your place to someone else. If we are not able to rebook your place, unfortunately we are unable to give you a refund. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury or illness, or personal emergencies.
  • No refunds can be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. In the event of a Covid pandemic causing Potash Barns to cancel the retreat, deposits will be refunded.
