  • Arrival by 4pm
  • Unwind Yoga Session 4.45pm to 6.45pm
  • Dinner 7pm followed by Cosy chats by the FirePit &
    Bedtime Relaxation

Saturday 
  • Early morning Guided Meditation & Yoga Flows
  • Breakfast 9am
  • Mindfulness & Movement Flows
  • Lunch 1pm
  • Free time – Lavenham or Lake Walk; read; relax; pool; enjoy the grounds
  • Restorative Session
  • Dinner 7pm followed by Gong Wash

Sunday 
  • Early Morning WakeUp 'Stretches' & Mindful Walk
  • Cacao Ceremony & Meditation
  • Breakfast 9.30am
  • Pranayama & Nourishing Movement
  • Lunch followed by our Closing Circle
ACCOMMODATION AND PRICING

Seven Guest Rooms
  • 4 Twin Room places in Jack and Jill or Wobbly and Character - these two rooms share one bathroom at £397 per person. Earlybird £350 per person. 
  • 3 Twin Room Places in Gandhi, Churchill or Rose – ensuite beamed rooms at £447 per person Earlybird £400 per person.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 required with your booking (please see Ts and Cs below)

 ​Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 secures your place and is required with your booking please. Full balance is required by 30th April 2020. Subject to availability.
Cancellation Terms
  • Bookings can only be refunded 8 weeks or more before the retreat, which allows time to offer your place to someone else. If we are not able to rebook your place, unfortunately we are unable to give you a refund.
